Once we receive your request, our friendly representative will contact you. We will discuss all the details and create a personalized itinerary exclusively tailored to your needs. Once you approve it, we're good to go!
Embark on your dream tour by making an initial payment of only 25% of the total cost. During festive periods such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. You have the freedom to pay the remaining balance either two days prior to your arrival or in cash upon your arrival. Rest assured, we have you covered!
If you choose to pay by credit card, we kindly request a signed letter from you granting us permission to charge your card. Please make sure that the signature matches the one on your card and passport.
In the event that you need to cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:

If you require a refund, we will initiate it using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Please note that if you fail to show up for your reservation, a refund will not be possible. Additionally, a 5% bank fee will be deducted from all refund amounts.
At Go Saudi Arabia Trips, your well-being and safety are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we have adapted our cancellation policy to align with our values. In the event that the government or the airline issues a travel advisory warning against visiting the designated destination, we offer a highly flexible cancellation policy. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid for the tour package, or alternatively, your payment can be converted into future travel credits and vouchers that can be utilized for any of the destinations where we operate tours. These travel credits can be applied towards new travel services. Any flight cancellation or change fees will be charged according to the airline's terms and conditions, and bank surcharges will be applied to the deposit amount paid.
The prices quoted are based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available at an additional cost. We carefully select hotels based on their quality. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, conflicts, or changes made by hotels or airlines. We are unable to cover any additional costs resulting from these circumstances.

While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that all of them can be fulfilled, including pre-bookable seats. Although we will make an effort to pass on your requests to our suppliers, it's important to understand that they are not guaranteed. We will not specifically notify you if a request cannot be met. Please remember that our standard services and facilities are not contingent on any special requests. Policy 1: For packages, Nile cruises, and hotels
If your tour package includes flights, an additional supplement for your child may apply. This policy is valid for a maximum of one child sharing the parents' room.
Policy 2: For sightseeing tours and shore excursions
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry boats, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

Tipping is customary as a way to express satisfaction with the services provided by staff during your tour. We advise you to tip as you see fit. It will be greatly appreciated by the staff, but it is not obligatory.
If you have any complaints during your tour, please notify us immediately as most issues can be resolved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists, contact the Customer Care Manager while you are still on your tour. If you are still not satisfied with the service after returning home, you must submit a written complaint to the Customer Care Management.
A. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users on this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
B. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you provide will be securely transmitted to our payment provider.
C. The cardholder should retain copies of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
D. We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.
E. We will not provide services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with UAE law.
F. Multiple transactions or bookings may result in multiple postings on the cardholder's monthly statement.
The acceptance of a client's booking by the company, subject to these booking conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the client and the company. By making a deposit or final payment through bank transfer or credit card, tour participants indicate that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
